Europe’s largest polymer / gipe yarn plant is in Tokat–Erbaa.

At Europe’s peak with 13,000 tonnes of annual capacity

Our plant in the Tokat Erbaa Organised Industrial Zone holds the title of Europe’s largest gipe yarn plant, with an annual production capacity of 13,000 tonnes. We serve the global textile industry with high value-added products from our Naylon 6, Naylon 66 and polyester gipe yarn lines.

With the R&D centre it houses, we do more than produce: we also develop the yarn technologies of the future. The plant is an important source of jobs for the region, and the solar power system on our roof covers part of our production’s energy need from clean sources.

Production line

With a latest-generation machine park for Naylon 6 and 66, we keep error margins low. Precise quality control at every stage produces high-tenacity, long-life yarn.

Kalite Kontrol

Kalitenin Ölçüldüğü Yer: Laboratuvarımız

Fabrikamızdaki laboratuvarda, gelen POY filamentten bitmiş ipliğe kadar her aşamayı ölçümle doğruluyoruz. Denye, büküm, mukavemet ve uzama değerlerini kontrol ediyor, filament düzgünlüğünü analiz ediyoruz.

Viskozite ölçümüyle polimer kalitesini, yağ testiyle iplik üzerindeki finish oranını takip ediyoruz. Numuneleri boyama testlerine alıyor, UV ışık kabinimizde bobinleri ışık altındaki performansları açısından sınıyoruz.

Sonuç: her partide aynı kalite, her bobinde aynı performans.
